Cleophi Tan
Cleophi Tan, Second in Command of the Green Temple, Head Batar of the Academy of Martial Arts, Batar of the 3rd Calvary. Her family has served the City of Kothos for 10 generations, all becoming Batar's of the
highest order. Her mother, Alaxdria Tan was instrumental in both winning battles and bargaining treaties
with the Hcratian Empire with Dal Thos I. Her mother's, mother five generations past, Tal Tal, was instrumental in putting the House of To into the Royal House to rule the city.
